Graphic Design

Computer graphics have many uses. Graphics are used for business cards, flyers, post cards, newsletters, newspaper, architecture, signage, television/ theatre and more. As you are driving around Corpus Christi, you may have noticed several signs that I have designed.

Creation of a logo with CCParker Studios:

The logo is created to reflect the business or person. A logo should also acquire an unique personality during the creation process. The logo gets its first use with a business card layout. The marketing campaign will also require the usage of the logo on postcards, newsletters, letterheads, envelopes and flyers. Banners, billboards, window vinyl and signage can be created using the logo with additional effects to attract customers. Vehicle graphics could be made from simple magnetics or vinyl. And for maximum effects, the entire vehicle could be wrapped with graphics. Of course the website will also require the logo.

The above example mentions the various usage of a logo, which would have to be converted to several image formats. Those formats include: .jpg, tiff, eps, cdr, ai, indd, psd, dmw, html, pdf, and others; including 'vector art'. CCParker Studios can have the logo or graphics formatted for production at any manufacture (printers, sign companies or embroiders). The chance of incorrect representation of the logo is possible using several different companies converting the graphics for their manufacture process. The logo should also be copyrighted, registered or trademarked.

CCParker Studios uses some of the following computer programs: Adobe Photoshop CS3, InDesign CS3, Illustrator CS3, Acrobat Professional, Flash, Dreamweaver CS3 and CorelDraw 11.
